P4: The Greater Averaged Universe (GAU):
How the Solar System cannibalizes the Oort Cloud.
Another breakthrough in understanding the interaction of the Oort Cloud with our Solar System. The Solar System is actually moving through the Oort Cloud, sucking off bits as it goes.
This is the latest in a suite of articles showing that the Universe is mostly finely-distributed ‘Oort Soup’, which is both the ‘Dark Matter’ long sought by astronomers and the source of Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation (CMBR).

The Four Pillars Of GAU —
This article, P4, is the last of a quartet on the web about the Solar System and the wider Universe.

I have a website that addresses many of the subjects provided. As an example, I provide an entirely new explanation for the redshift of cosmological objects that refutes the Hubble law and the concept that redshift represents distance. Many other topics are included as well. See my website at http://www.DeceptiveUniverse.com.

Thanks for the references.
I began my argument based on solar heating of the Oort cloud as the closest place in our solar system for 2.725 K blackbody temperatures to exist. Now, my argument turns out to be consistent with your interpretation that that the CMBR which we record on Earth comes mostly from the local Oort Cloud,
